This experience will not work, if you desperately want to happen it. This takes time to get practiced and making your experience as flowing state. But when works you know it.

To be yourself, you have to stop connecting to anything for some time in the day. And just be!

Enjoy yourself!

Interaction! sucks the energy out of you! Any kind of interaction does that using phone, watching tv, doing chore activities. Connecting with people also drains your energy. If they are only there to tell and listen.

You should always manage your energy level. If you run out of energy then you will get burn out.

Congratulations! You will be kind of the Zombie the whole day! You have to do work but something is missing out or you losing motivation to complete it.

You have to observe yourself and find out patterns in your daily life that suck your energy. And avoid them. Do them in chunk! You should always experiment with your life that what works with you and what not? And avoid what is not working with yourself. You can do those tasks another way also.

To get yourself full of energy disconnect from the world! Just sit! or lie down for few minutes! And do nothing! It will fill you with energy within some time!

You can meditate also like observing your breath! Watching your thoughts! Or witnessing yourself. It works! Osho mentioned many times that meditation gives energy to the mind and rest to the body.

The only time this does not work is that you lying down on the ground and waiting to happen something. Then it will take more time like if it works in 10 minutes every time, this time it will take 30-40 minutes.

The basic idea behind this is that your conscious mind should relax. The unconscious mind should take over. Most often mind keeps roaming! Let it roam and watch your thoughts!

The Lindy walk will also work! Don't take mobile and start listening to music. That will not work! Your mind will get something to chew. Steve Job used to go for walk in the woods to clear his mind.

You should be your first priority!
