Fasting helps the body to recover its strength. And makes you feel more energetic, alive.

Fasting for one day was a good experience. Yesterday, I did fasting for one day.
 
I used to eat only when I needed it. So never thought about fasting or not need.
 
From last week I was getting the feeling that my body needs rest. So I started thinking about what can benefit my body. Other than relaxing and having proper sleep. Fasting! That is the first thought that came to my mind.
 
I wanted to start three days fast but not sure.
 
Due to not done fasting...
 
It can backfire on me like side effects, symptoms. In case my body is not ready for it
 
So skipped breakfast, lunch, evening snacks. But done dinner at 8:40 pm as usual.
 
Until afternoon didn't felt any need for food. But from afternoon to evening feeling a little tired kind of. And not sure to eat or not. But in the evening started feeling fresh, energetic. Fasting Worked!
 
This may happen due to first time fasting. Inexperience in fasting can cause those feelings.
 
While fasting I took lemon water and two times tea only.
 
I need to study what to eat and what not to fast. For Next Time.
 
Sleep came earlier than every day.
