Be selective and get quality in life.


We wanted to do so many things every day. Yet we fail to do what is necessary.  
 
By working on multiple things, projects, activities.
None of them, we do totally.
 
The thought comes about work while eating. About food while working.
 
Mindfulness. Totality. Is what we miss?
 
These days the fear of missing out took over our minds.
 
We all misguided do all things. To work hard. To please everyone!
 
But that is ruining our lives in all directions.
 
 
What we need is fewer things, more mindfulness.
Do only if necessary!
 
Those people enjoy their life, who find out the power of "less but more".
 
When you start cutting unwanted tasks then only you will be able to do things meant for you.
 
Less and less and you will find more joy.
 
It is totally okay to leave things in the middle and not complete them.
