Read Time: 1.30 minutes

Japanese people are more peaceful and calm. Due to their parents taught them at a very young age how to observe their breath. Problems are not outside. They are inside our minds.

Meditation!

It makes me forget about the whole world.

It is a beautiful experience where you meet yourself or no more you.

Meditations is a simple technique to make you more aware. Converting your unconscious mind into consciousness.

And meditation is a technique, where no technique works.

I remember I had a kind of bodylessness experience while meditating. May be gravity less. Hard to tell?

But the next day when started meditation, my mind was expecting a similar effect. Which ruined my meditation for a couple of days.

Wanting a similar effect does not work . . .

Meditation

Anapana is a Pali Language word, which means observing your breath.

This technique based on Budhha Anapana.

This meditation has 3 steps. Every step is for 10 minutes.

First Step, for next 10 minutes inhaling long slow breath and exhaling slowly. Repeat. While sitting lotus posture. Keep the spine straight. Close eyes. Observe your breathing.

Second Step, we have to accept everything. As per Osho's understanding whatever problems happen in life are due to our resistance to it. If we start accepting things as they are. Lot problems dissolve as well we become peaceful.

Problems are not outside. They are inside our minds.

In the second step while continuing the first step like taking long breaths then exhaling. Repeat in mind that, "I accept everything. I do not oppose anything. Whatever happens, I agree with it."

Third Step, selfishness creates more problems. Mean our ego comes everywhere. For that, we have to think like are not. It's just energy. While continuing the second step, repeat in mind that "I am not."
