Instead of rushing for many things at a time. I should plan them one by one for the long term.
I was fond of reading for a long time for knowledge purposes, pleasure. Or wanted to know "How life goes with other people?" And yet used to take time to read every day.
Since last one and half years stopped reading due to busyness or other things. Got drawn into things that are not needed.
Still, I was able to read a few books like Essentialism, Hyperfocus. And failed to do the most important thing. To apply them in my life. Also forgot the purpose of reading them…
And it got me into complicated life. Want to achieve many things but not able to do any of them. Lots of things left into the middle. Not able to focus. Also failed to meditate every day. Work was also covering most of the time. While not working, I was also thinking about work. Worried about things which out of control. And that was not helping.
So started to dedicate time to reading from last week. one hour a day from the last 10 days. And the result is satisfactory. Like lost articles are reducing from my reading list.
Instead of rushing for many things at a time. I should plan them one by one for the long term. And see how it works for me.
Also, I never planned time for relaxation until now! I should start doing it to avoid burning myself.
